FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Zenko really free?

Yes. For the whole beta, Zenko is free, with no credit card and no limit on volunteers. If a paid plan comes after the beta, you will be told in advance and nothing will be charged without your consent.

What kind of race is Zenko for?

Zenko is built for trail races, ultra-trails and outdoor races, but it fits any sports event with volunteers across several checkpoints: road races, adventure races, organized hikes.

Do my volunteers need to install an app?

No. Zenko runs in the browser, on desktop and on mobile. Volunteers join the event with an invitation code and check their shifts online.

Can I import my existing volunteer list?

Yes. Import a CSV file exported from your spreadsheet or registration platform. You can also export the schedule to CSV at any time.

Where is the data hosted?

Data is hosted on a server located in the European Union. It is never sold or used for advertising, and this website sets no cookies.

Does Zenko handle runner registration?

No, on purpose. Zenko focuses on operations: volunteers, checkpoints, scheduling and incidents. It complements your registration platform rather than replacing it.

Your next race deserves a calm command post.
