Terms of use
Last updated: November 4, 2026
These terms of use govern the use of the Zenko application, available at app.zenkotrail.eu and published by [À compléter : nom ou raison sociale]. Creating an account means accepting these terms. The French version of these terms prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. The service
Zenko is an operations tool for sports event volunteers: volunteer, checkpoint, role, shift and incident management. Zenko is not a runner registration platform, a payment service or an emergency response system.
2. Free beta
The service is currently offered as a beta, free of charge. Features may evolve, change or be removed. If a paid plan is introduced, users will be informed at least 30 days in advance and nothing will be charged without their explicit consent.
3. Account
- You provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for actions taken from your account.
- You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time at contact@zenkotrail.eu.
4. User commitments
- Use Zenko for its intended purpose and in compliance with the law.
- As an organizer, only enter volunteer data useful to the event, inform volunteers of this processing and respect their rights (see the privacy policy).
- Do not attempt to compromise the security or operation of the service.
5. Availability
We do our best to keep Zenko available and back up data every day. During the beta, however, no availability guarantee is provided: plan a fallback (for example a printed CSV export of the schedule) on your event day.
6. Liability
Zenko is an operations aid. The organizer remains solely responsible for their event, participant safety and regulatory compliance. The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use or unavailability of the service.
7. Your data
You remain the owner of the data you enter. You can export it to CSV and delete it at any time. Its processing is described in the privacy policy.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. You may stop using Zenko at any time. If the service shuts down, users will be notified early enough to export their data.
9. Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the version in force is the one published on this page. They are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action before the competent courts.
