Can I create my own roles?
Yes. Create as many roles as you need (aid station, marshal, medical, course marking, shuttle…) and give each a color to spot it at a glance.
Can a volunteer have several shifts?
Yes. A volunteer can take several shifts in a day. Zenko only flags shifts that overlap.
How do I share the schedule with checkpoint leads?
Export the schedule to CSV to open it in a spreadsheet or print it. Registered volunteers also see their own shifts directly in Zenko.
